About Poll Vault

If you work in politics, policy, or communications, you know the routine. Set up Google Alerts. Check a dozen pollster websites. Scan the news. Copy findings into a doc. Email it to the team. Repeat tomorrow.

It's tedious, it's time-consuming, and it still doesn't catch everything. Most polling coverage focuses on who's up and who's down in the next election. The policy polls — healthcare, energy, immigration, AI, the issues that actually shape strategy — get buried or missed entirely.

There's no shortage of polling data. There's a shortage of time to find it, read it, and make sense of it.

What Poll Vault does

Poll Vault scans hundreds of sources overnight — news outlets, pollster websites, RSS feeds, social media — and delivers a curated briefing by morning. AI discovers and summarizes the polls. Human editors verify accuracy. You subscribe to the topics that matter to your work and skip the rest.

It's not an aggregator that gives you a table of numbers. It's not a model predicting outcomes. It's a daily briefing designed for professionals who need to know what the polls say without spending hours finding them.

About the founder

Poll Vault is built by Alex Lundry, a data scientist and pollster who has spent two decades at the intersection of public opinion research, political analytics, and data visualization.

Alex co-founded three data and analytics firms — Redbud Consulting, Deep Root Analytics, and Tunnl Data — each focused on helping clients use research and data to inform political, advocacy, and communications strategy. He has served as a data scientist and analytics lead for presidential campaigns, national organizations, and Fortune 50 companies, and is one of the country's leading experts on electoral targeting, voter analytics, and political data visualization.

Alex teaches data science and data visualization at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy and Johns Hopkins University's Data Analytics and Policy program. His data visualizations have been featured by Wired, Fast Company, and the Washington Post. He was named a Top 50 Influencer in Politics by Campaigns & Elections Magazine.

He built Poll Vault because he was tired of the manual hunt — juggling Google Alerts, managing document versions, maintaining email distribution lists, and still feeling like he was missing half of what dropped. The tools that existed covered elections. Nothing covered policy. So he built the briefing he wanted to receive.
